While we strive to deliver high-quality service and care, clients are responsible for informing us of any fragile items, special surfaces, allergies, or areas requiring special attention prior to service.

Return Home Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.

Payment is due according to the agreed service terms. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

By scheduling services with Return Home Cleaning, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that services provided are for general residential cleaning purposes only.
